Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
